Educator development · GLOBAL-CPD
I founded GLOBAL-CPD in 2015 and continue to serve as its president. The initiative focuses on continuing professional development for teachers and institutional teams, including training design and guidance on implementation. See the GLOBAL-CPD overview for its aims and activities.
Digital learning and coordination · FMV Işık University
I have been an English instructor at FMV Işık University since 2019 and Online Education & ICT Coordinator since 2022. My work connects teaching practice with online learning systems and academic coordination. These are university roles, not services offered through this website.
Institutional consultancy and teacher training
Across my professional work, I support curriculum planning, teacher development, English language teaching, and the use of educational technology. My current doctoral research on English-medium instruction informs the questions I bring to this practice; its findings are still in development. Classroom publishing · Let’s Write
At Drujba High School in Sofia, I edited the 2014 collection Enough Reading. Let’s Write. Our First Stories, which brought together 60 stories by teenage EFL learners. Students moved from graded reading and literature-circle discussion to writing for a real audience. Related education initiatives
Stars Education presents language courses and teacher development and identifies my roles in Academic English and CPD coordination.
